Warranty Information

Artnovion products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years after purchase. The warranty covers the quality of the Products and the fitness of the Products for their intended use and conforming to the stated specifications of each Product, including replacement or repair of Products with design, material, or manufacturing defects.

The guarantees do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled

incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, accidental damage, incorrect installation, altered and do not cover damages caused by external factors such as dampness.

CORSINI will at its sole discretion repair or replace the product. Should the product no longer be available, CORSINI reserves the right to exchange this with a product of similar performance and value. Due to different dye lots (please read our Disclaimer), CORSINI cannot guarantee exact color match. This Warranty shall solely extend to the original owner and is limited to manufacturing defects and excludes damage due to improper installation, freight handling, wear and tear, abuse, misuse, misapplication, color fading or deterioration due to prolonged exposure to ultra violet light, smoke, humidity or other environmental factors. It is understood that the use and suitability of the product is entirely the responsibility of the buyer or specifying engineer and as such, these parties agree to hold CORSINI, or its associated company, and/or officers, harmless from any responsibility whatsoever other than what is clearly outlined in this warranty.

Fault or Damage Claim

Each item we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect products immediately after receiving your purchase. Inspect, examine and inventory your delivery as it’s unloaded. CORSINI is not responsible for replacing damaged orders unless the customer signs for the delivery as damaged before the truck driver leaves. Please…inspect your order carefully and protect your investment. It is important that you inspect the delivery before signing for it. Unless you're 100% confident that the shipment has arrived in good condition, do not sign. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization and exchange. Please contact to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization number) from CORSINI. Once you have obtained an RA number return the product, within fifteen (15) days after the date the RA number is issued. Please return the product in the original packaging (or another, affording an equal degree of protection) with all of the following: 1. RA number clearly marked on the returned package 2. A receipt or bill of sale showing proof of purchase from CORSINI 3. A note describing the defect. Please include your name, address, telephone number and the applicable RA number in the note. Further measures that may help in the claim process include the following: - Taking digital photography of the damage. If possible, photographs of the equipment still on the truck will limit the buyer’s liability.

Repair, replace, refund

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. You can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. CORSINI does not offer a "change of mind" return policy and we are not required to provide one. 1 - Special and custom orders where core models are not selected cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given as the products are outside our Australian stock or Core range. 2 - Damaged in transit would require proof that this actually happened. If it is deemed that the product left the factory in a damaged [ unlikely ] condition then a replacement would be arranged and shipped with our regular orders. Air freight could be quoted but would be at the client’s cost unless negotiated. If the product is faulty or discoloured and it was the fault of the factory, a replacement would be provided. In all cases, photographs of the offending product/s are required within 7 days of delivery. 3 - Core products return are at the solely discretion of CORSINI. Products must be unopened and returned in original conditions. Buyer is responsible for returning the product. Upon return refund will be given minus initial shipping (shipping is free only if items are not returned) and minus 20% restocking fee.

Authorised Australian Dealer

We are an authorised dealer for all the brands that we stock and these products are sourced from an appointed Australian distributor or direct from the manufacturer. All the products that we offer for sale are supported with an official manufacturer's warranty. The warranty provided with these products may be bound by certain conditions or come with additional guarantees specifically set out by the distributor or manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty booklet or the manufacturer's website for detailed warranty information. In the event of a warranty claim, we are more than happy to provide our complete support and manage this process for you.

Returning the product

Under the Consumer rights & guarantees you are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts. You are solely responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning the product to CORSINI, and you will not be reimbursed or compensated for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping. We are unable to accept returns for: • Custom orders, designs and projects.
• Acoustic Art Panels.
• Any Acoustic Panel or product not being part of our Australian stock or core range. • Furnitures.
Panel colors, size, fabric, fire rating and other options and products are deemed to be a custom order.
