All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
corsini.com.au is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by corsini.com.au.

However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. This policy sets out when and how you can return products you have bought from us online.
Consumer Guarantees
All products sold by CORSINI Acoustic Solutions come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Direct Online Reseller
CORSINI Acoustic Solutions operates solely as a direct online reseller and does not stock products in a traditional retail setting. This means that our inventory is managed and dispatched directly by our suppliers. As a result, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Custom Orders
Custom order products, such as those with specific wood finishes and color options, are made to your specifications. Therefore, they are not returnable unless they are faulty or do not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you believe there is a problem with the product you received, or it does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
Faulty Product: If the product is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law, we will offer an exchange, repair, or refund.
Incorrect Product: If we accidentally send you the wrong product, we will resend the correct item at no additional charge.
Return Process

The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
If we determine that we do not have a particular Product in your order in stock, then we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
In this instance, we will notify you of the Back Ordered Products and the anticipated delivery date.

Delivery and Completion Period

The delivery times provided by corsini.com.au are estimates only. corsini.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. corsini.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
You shall inspect goods on delivery. Upon signing for the goods you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods in satisfactory condition.
All items will be delivered to the area or level required as long as there is clear lift access. If there is no lift access we can only deliver to a ground floor reception area. Any deliveries required outside of this scope would require arrangements to be made with us prior to shipping.
Please note that whilst we do offer Free Nation Wide Shipping, there are odd exceptions that can pop up such as Islands or remote areas where we either cannot use our network of carriers or the cost of transport is too high to be able to absorb. In that case the team will get in touch to discuss the options moving forward.
Any claims with respect to quantity or quality of goods received must be made within seven (7) days of acceptance of goods.
(a) Where goods are to be delivered to a nominated address CORSINI shall be deemed to have delivered the goods in accordance with the contract if it obtains a receipt or signed delivery docket for the goods from any person at that address. 
(b) If a nominated address is unattended or if delivery cannot otherwise be effected or the goods cannot be dispatched for any reason beyond CORSINI’s control, CORSINI may store the goods at the Purchaser’s risk and expense or take such other steps as CORSINI considers in its sole discretion to be appropriate.
(c) CORSINI shall not be responsible for unloading goods at the point of delivery.
(d) The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to the Purchaser at the time of delivery or when the Purchaser is notified that the goods are available for dispatch, as the case may be.
(e) If any delivery or completion period is quoted by CORSINI it shall be deemed to be given on the following basis:
(i) In the case of standard goods, the delivery or completion period stated in any quotation, tender or Agreement is subject to prior sale and/or confirmation of availability of by CORSINI's supplier;
(ii)In the case of goods which are in whole or in part subject to special design, manufacture or other non standard requirements, the delivery or completion period stated in any quotation, tender or Agreement is subject to the Purchaser having given CORSINI full final and adequate instructions and/or drawings and having fulfilled any other requirement specified by CORSINI to enable CORSINI to proceed uninterruptedly with the supply and/or manufacture of the goods.
(iii) Where CORSINI is required to install and/or commission the goods, the delivery or completion period stated in any quotation, tender or Agreement is subject to the Purchaser having fulfilled all requirements referred to in (ii) above and further is subject to site availability acceptable to CORSINI and completion of all activities necessary to enable CORSINI to install and/or commission the goods. In all cases, CORSINI will use its best endeavours to meet the time quoted for delivery of goods or completion of the installation of goods. However the time so quoted is an indication only and shall not be considered a binding commitment upon CORSINI. CORSINI shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser or otherwise arising out of the CORSINI's failure to meet the times quoted.

Delivery - Authority to Leave

If you have issued an authority to leave, then you assume complete responsibility for the parcel as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse and placed in the hands of the carrier. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items if you have notified us or the carrier of this preference.

(a) Where CORSINI is not contracted to install the goods, CORSINI representatives may, if so required by the Purchaser, provide advice on the siting, installation (if appropriate) and operation of the goods.  In providing this advice the representatives of CORSINI are expressing personal views derived from their experience in the industry, CORSINI shall have no liability whatsoever to the Purchaser in respect of any such advice given by any representative.
(b) Where specified by CORSINI in relation to goods being supplied and or to services including installation service, the Purchaser shall at its own expense provide power of appropriate quality and at the required locations.  CORSINI shall be under no liability whatsoever should any loss be incurred and/or damage suffered including consequential loss or damage as a result of the required power not being continually available.
(c) If any repairs to or maintenance of the goods (other than those covered by CORSINI's normal warranty provisions) are to be carried out by CORSINI, and the Purchaser does not have a current Maintenance Agreement with CORSINI, then the cost of such work shall be charged to the Purchaser at CORSINI normal rates for such work.
