These differences are part of the unique character of each panel and are not considered defects or grounds for return. Please Note: Colour tones may differ slightly between production batches. UV exposure may cause panels to darken over time — this is a natural ageing process. Samples and product images are indicative only and may not exactly match the final product delivered. If colour consistency is critical (e.g. for matching multiple panels on one wall), we recommend ordering all panels in one batch to minimise variation. Additional Advisories: Once panels have been cut, installed, or altered, they are no longer eligible for claims or returns — please inspect all products prior to installation. We recommend handling panels with care during unpacking and installation to avoid scratches or damage to the finish. Wood veneer panels are designed for indoor use only and should not be exposed to excessive humidity, moisture, or direct sunlight.
