All Sales are Final

Please note that all sales are final on all orders. CORSINI Acoustic Solutions does not take returns on orders. The only exception that will be made is if your order was damaged during shipping, and was signed for as such.

Protect Your Investment

If your order is damaged en route to your project site by the freight carrier, we will replace the damaged material at no cost to you, and bill the freight company for the replacement costs. Please note that this is a rare exception, and that 100% of all orders leave our docks in perfect condition, but there are rare occasions when orders get damaged in transit. CORSINI is not responsible for replacing damaged orders unless the customer signs for the delivery as damaged before the truck driver leaves. Please…inspect your order carefully and protect your investment.

Shipping Policy

CORSINI will have the right to determine, in its discretion, the means of transportation used, and Purchaser will pay directly, or reimburse CORSINI for, all add on costs and expenses of such shipment (change of address, rural residential delivery, liftgate or any added expenses. In no event will CORSINI be liable to Purchaser for (a) any failure of any carrier to deliver any Products to Purchaser, (b) any delay by any carrier in the delivery of any Products to Purchaser or (c) any loss of or damage to any Products while in transit to Purchaser.

Production Time

Lead Time depends on many variables from the type of products ordered to the size of the order and so forth + shipping time to complete the delivery to you. Your exact turnaround time will depend on many factors and can change at anytime. CORSINI will provide a more accurate estimation of your lead time at the time of order. If you need delivery by a certain timeframe, please contact our sales department and inquire about our expedited options. Any items that are in stock at CORSINI, will be processed and shipped out immediately. However, items that are ordered in from our supplier, are in pre-order status or are not part of our core range cannot be shipped until stock is received.

Delivering Your Order

Please work with our team for any special care required once the truck arrives. If you need 48 hours advance notice on delivery, or a lift gate on the truck to lower the pallet to your ground, be sure to let us know during your ordering process. Note that the driver will NOT deliver your material to the inside of your building, only to your doorstep. Be sure to have someone ready to meet the driver and get the product moved indoors when driver leaves.

Additional Fees

For bulk or heavy items, large items like floorstanding speakers, anything over 1.2m long or for any remote and rural locations, additional shipping fees may be required (these costs won't be calculated on the checkout page, so please call us for an accurate estimate.) Whilst we aim to be as transparent as possible online in regard to our shipping prices and delivery times, there are many variables that come into play, especially when shipping large items or shipping to rural locations. Rural shipments are assessed on a case by case basis and charges may apply Customers may incur added fees and surcharges for and not only Re-Delivery, Storage, Remote Area Delivery, Heavyweight Residential Delivery, Western Australia Regional Surcharge, Oversize Freight... Can I Request a Phone Call Before Delivery?

Unfortunately our carriers cannot call the recipient prior to delivery. However, if you are uncertain as to whether or not yourself or another person can be present at the nominated delivery address, then you may prefer to issue an authority to leave (please refer to the section below).

Do I Have To Be Available At The Nominated Address To Receive My Order?

To ensure the safest possible delivery, it is recommended that you or another person are present at the nominated delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is attempted and a recipient is not available, usually the carrier will take it back to the depot and re-attempt delivery the following business day or in some cases a collection or missed delivery card will be left with further instructions. However, if you believe that you will not have time to collect the parcel from the nearest collection point, then you may elect to issue an authority to leave. This means that the carrier will leave the parcel in a safe location in your absence. Please note that if this option is selected then you assume complete responsibility for the parcel as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items if you have issued an authority to leave. Authority to leave option is usually done via a missed delivery card or through the courier web portal.

How Will My Items Be Protected During Transit?

CORSINI has transit insurance which covers any loss or damage that may occur in both domestic and international shipments. We will always prepare your order for shipping with the highest level of care. We take a great deal of pride in providing you with the highest standard of packaging and as a result, we can confidently assure you that all items will be well protected during transit. Some examples of packaging materials used include pallets, robust shipping cartons, courier satchels and padded mailing bags. For extra protection we also use padding materials such as bubble wrap, void fill (packing peanuts or foam corner protectors etc.) and various other wrapping materials. Rest assured, we ship every single order with more than adequate packaging and protection that well and truly exceeds the recommended standard. This will ensure a safe delivery to your nominated address, every time.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders of and over $150 to most capital cities in Australia. For orders below $150 we charge a shipping fee for all locations in Australia. We use a shipping agency for all our domestic shipping, we adopt a number of carriers and assign the one with the best rates and/or delivery time for each of our shipments. Most of our deliveries are done by TNT.
