Large-format perforated acoustic panels with a recycled PET core, for walls and ceilings.
Lyra K is a large-format absorber (605 x 2400 mm or 605 x 2700 mm) with a binary perforation pattern over an acoustic core. Artnovion describes it as a hybrid panel that adds some phase diffusion to its mid-frequency absorption. Panels can run across a whole wall or ceiling with a continuous pattern and are fixed directly with screws.
Lyra K works mainly in the mid frequencies (Artnovion data: approx. 500 Hz to 2500 Hz, NRC 0.50, Class D). Artnovion publishes absorption for the panel as tested and for the panel over a 30 mm PET layer: adding depth behind the panel raises low-mid absorption. It is suited to reverberation and speech-intelligibility control, not to low-frequency (room mode) treatment. Ask us for a specification for your room.
Available in Furniture Grade (FG) and Fire Rated (FR) versions. Artnovion states the FR version is classified B-s1, d0 under the European standard (EN 13501-1), and that the PET core is a Class 1 product under OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
