Large-format acoustic panels for walls and ceilings, with a continuous architectural finish.

Kea Surface is a large-format absorber (605 x 2400 mm or 605 x 2700 mm) designed to treat large reflective walls and ceilings in offices, meeting and conference rooms, auditoriums and restaurants. Its patterned face, in natural wood veneer or lacquered finish, sits over an acoustic veil, so panels can run across a whole wall or ceiling and read as one continuous surface. Kea Surface can be combined with the other Surface patterns (Lyra, Norma, Siena) for a mixed design.

Kea Surface works mainly in the mid and high frequencies (Artnovion data: approx. 315 Hz to 3150 Hz, Class C, αw 0.70). It is suited to reverberation and speech-intelligibility control, not to low-frequency (room mode) treatment. Published absorption is measured with an air cavity and mineral wool behind the panel (50 mm cavity + 40 mm mineral wool, and 80 mm cavity + 40 mm mineral wool), so the mounting detail matters: ask us for a specification for your room.

Available in Furniture Grade (FG) and Fire Rated (FR) versions. Artnovion states the FR version is classified B-s1, d0 under the European standard (EN 13501-1).
