Luxor combines Artnovion's aluminium frame (with a 45° profile hidden under the fabric) with a recycled PET absorber core and a stretched acoustic fabric front. Three large formats (1320 x 1320, 1320 x 1785 and 1320 x 2400 mm, 60 mm deep) give a clean, uniform surface on walls or ceilings. Artnovion states the aluminium structure is stable under temperature and humidity changes, which allows the large formats.
Luxor is a broadband absorber (Artnovion data: approx. 315 Hz to 5000 Hz, αw 0.80, Class B), suited to reverberation and speech-intelligibility control in healthcare, offices, receptions and other hard-surfaced spaces. It is not a low-frequency (room mode) treatment. Ask us for a specification for your room.
Fabrics: Suede (FG), Felted (FR) and Twill (FR). Artnovion states the Twill fabric withstands regular cleaning and disinfection with alcohol, bleach solutions and sterilising sprays or wipes (its MedLine "cleanable" range).
