Sahara K 24 is a hybrid acoustic panel (600 x 2400 mm) with Artnovion's Sahara pattern: a high-density recycled PET acoustic core behind a diffusive lacquered front. Artnovion positions it for commercial spaces, restaurants, open offices and hotels, where it reduces reverberation time and, by Artnovion's description, helps spread reflected sound more evenly.
Sahara K 24 works mainly in the mid frequencies (Artnovion data: approx. 500 Hz to 2500 Hz, NRC 0.50, Class D). Artnovion publishes absorption for the panel as tested and for the panel over a 30 mm PET layer: adding depth behind the panel raises low-mid absorption. It is suited to reverberation and speech-intelligibility control, not to low-frequency (room mode) treatment. Ask us for a specification for your room.
Furniture Grade (FG) only. Artnovion states the PET core is a Class 1 product under OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
